Hotel heiress Paris Hilton received diamonds from her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt for Christmas, and she couldn't be happier.

Paris, being the spoiled princess she is, couldn't wait until Christmas to open her presents - so she opened them early, on Thursday. What did she get? Diamonds, lots of beautiful, sparkling diamonds.

Hilton took to Twitter to express her holiday cheers: "At home opening Christmas presents from my man. So happy! He really spoiled me this year and gave me so many incredible presents!"

She added: "All the jewellery he bought me from 14 Karats Jewellery Store is so stunning! It's true diamonds are a girl's best friend. I am speechless.

After expressing her approval of the gifts she received, Paris sent out one last Tweet wishing all a Merry Christmas: "I Love Christmas time! Merry Christmas everyone! Love you!," she wrote.
