House of Orrana Jewelry Launches New Lines

High-end diamond jewellery designers at the house of Orrana are launching two new collections. Both collections are made of 18K white, yellow, or rose gold, and use the highest-possible grade of diamonds. Orrana CEO Noa Hayon, who refers to the jeweller’s work as “manicured jewellery”, explains that “We use only the highest quality diamonds and gemstones in our designs”. She goes on to say that each piece is handmade by expert craftspeople, and that the all of their jewellery is limited-edition and numbered.
The haute couture collection, called both “Fleur des Vents” and “Flocons Lumineux” features rings, pendants, earrings, cuffs, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and hair ornaments. This set is made completely with 18K gold and diamonds. Some of the pieces have interlocking parts, so they can be reconfigured by the buyer to create completely different jewellery pieces. This makes the collection more versatile, as pieces can be changed for different occasions.
The second collection, known as “La Valse des Couleurs”, is more casual in its designs, using not only gold and diamonds, but other colored gemstones as well. The earrings, pendants and brooches in this line also include “Orrana Symbols”, jewellery designs based on numbers. Designer Orna Zahavi, a mathematician, believes that each person has a significant number which acts as a ‘compass’ and can bring the wearer spiritual balance.
With her degree in mathematics, Orna Zahavi is able to bring a new technique in jewellery design into the market. She combines technical mathematics with beauty, introducing unique pieces for jewellery buyers. The house of Orrana was established in 2004 to allow Zahavi to realize her dream of combining her degree with her “real passion” for jewellery design.
