Kelly Osbourne Dotes On Mother With Diamond Gift

10/19/2010 4:47:05 AM  Simona Kogan

Recently, the petite Kelly Osbourne bought her mother a diamond ring for her birthday.  The twentysomething star had a small celebration with her mother Sharon Osbourne, who turned 58-years old earlier this month and surprised the wife of Ozzy Osbourne with the diamond and a treat.

The former Dancing With The Stars contestant wrote in her Closer magazine column that she couldn't figure out what to buy her mom, because her mom often ends up buying something for herself if she wants it.  So she ended up finding the "most beautiful ring" with a moonstone and diamonds.

She also surprised her with a cake from Los Angeles baker Sweet Lady Jane's.  The two spent the night in and Osbourne called it very low-key.  Osbourne says she and her mother are so close, they also exercise together with Kelly's trainer.  For Osbourne, who's lost quite a large amount of weight, it seems to be working.

We're just wondering why we didn't see any of this on their old MTV reality show, The Osbournes.

Kelly Osbourne The Pope's Jewelry for Sale on eBay Cool… Or just plain weird Selling diamond jewelry on eBay is a good idea for people who want to make some cash Selling diamond jewelry on eBay when you were the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church for fifteen years is… untraditional to say the least Pope Paul VI donated two pieces of jewelry – a diamond cross and a diamond ring – to the United Nations fifty years ago with the intention of auctioning them off for charity Over the years they have been owned by many different people (including in a twist of verbal irony Evel Knievel) and most recently a man who bought them in the 1970s After his passing his wife decided to auction them off once again A jewelry store in North Carolina Perry's Emporium is in charge of the auction which takes place via eBay
