Who knew a kitchen pot could be so covetable? Perhaps it's because the pot is encrusted with diamonds and worth 150,000 Euros ($210,500!)

The saucepan is decorated with 18ct gold and its handle and lid are studded with 270 diamonds. It comes with a high-class jewelry box made of rootwood.  It's most likely the most precious pot in the world, reports Bornrich.org and has already applied to be included in the Guinness Book of World Records.    It was created by German cookware brand Fissler.  The company's brand manager Natalya Oreshkina says it's not really suitable for cooking, but instead for serving food beautifully.  She also compared it to a Porsche Cayenne SUV, ironically downgrading the luxury car in favor of the pan.  

"A Porsche Cayenne turns into a pile of metal once it leaves the showroom," she said, "This is an investment."

The diamond dish was showcased in a glass case with special lighting at this year's Millionaire Fair in Moscow. 

Other items at the Millionaire event included an orange Lamborghini worth $729,000, a glass piano worth $150,000, diamond-studded hands-free phone sets, flash drive jewelry, a German skincare label called BB Royal that comes in containers studded with 5,000 Swarovski crystals, and a Swarovski-studded mosaic of a child's eye by Australian artist Sharon Jones.  The mosaic went for $3 million.
