Brad Pitt has been spotted wearing a diamond pendant around his neck at LAX airport. What's so special about this sparkling accessory? It was given to him by longtime partner Angelina Jolie. 

The diamond pendant is rumored to be Jolie's collaboration with London-based designer Robert Procop.  Jolie has been working with Procop, a longtime friend, on a new jewelry line she will call The Style of Jolie.

Back in December, media publications reported that The Tourist star is working with the ex-Asprey CEO turned jeweler to create a line of jewelry that benefits the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.   At the time, she even wore one of the pieces, a black spinel necklace bezel set in rose gold, to the premiere of her movie Salt in Germany.

Procop reveals that the pendant has a very tiny message of love engraved on it.  The message is lasered on and one practically needs a microscope to read it.  He won't reveal what it says but says the technology is quite new. 

The design for the piece is said to be based on ancient Egyptian amulets containing hidden messages.  Hidden messages seem appropriate for the couple who are fairly private about their relationship, though they raise six kids.

The creation of a diamond pendant is nothing new for Jolie who has collaborated on jewelry lines in the past.  Neither is exchanging unusual diamond necklaces.  Jolie was once seen wearing a phial of then-boyfriend Billy Bob Thornton's blood around her neck.

Jolie and Pitt once designed jewelry for Asprey under Procop with proceeds going to her charity.

The pendant reportedly costs six figures. No word yet on whether the line will be sold privately to Procop's clients or will be available to the general public.
