Ice road to Canadian diamond mines closes [AFNS] YELLOWKNIFE CANADA 28 March 2006 The ice road to the diamond mines in Canadas far north was forced to close on March 22 after an unseasonably warm winter made it unsafe for trucks said the roads operator the Joint Venture Management Committee
