Elizabeth Taylor To Wear Diamond Studded Turban For Ninth Wedding

Legendary Hollywood actress is getting married for the ninth time and has decided to wear a diamond-studded turban at her wedding. The turban will be worth over 3 million dollars, says designer Keith Holman, who designed the crown.
The National Velvet star will wed Sterling Winters Management talent agent Jason Winters.
The headpiece is encrusted with a precious 30 carat center stone and two huge 40 carat round yellow canary diamonds.
"There is a 30 carat centre stone, two yellow canary diamonds 40 carat round and the headpiece is partially platinum. I'm currently working with the jeweler, Christian Tse, based in Pasadena, and they do private labeling for some of the biggest jewelers in the world and they are making the turban for me, they are adding the stones on. It's taking about 12 artists to work on this piece and it will have a silver and gold fabric and is being hand-woven. It's absolutely gorgeous and a one-of-a-kind piece, never to be duplicated," Holman said.
The Cleopatra and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof actress will be marrying her long-time companion. The Huffington Post reported that it appears that Taylor and Winters have been dating for several years and that Getty Images has pictures of them on red carpets since 2007. Winters is 49 year old, 29 years younger than 78-year old Taylor.
Back in April when the rumors first started brewing, Taylor tweeted a denial of the engagement on Twitter. There's no denying any longer though, as reports come out about her luxurious diamond-encrusted headwear.
Designer Holman is also designing Taylor's wedding dress, which will be an extravagant kaftan to match. The wedding has a 200 person guest list and will probably take place later this year in a secret location. No invites will be sent out and those attending will find out by telephone call, the Press Trust of India said in a published online report.
Elizabeth Taylor isn't only a legend in the movies, she's also a legend among the married set, having tied the knot with seven different men at eight different times.
The men were: Conrad Hilton, Michael Wilding, Michael Todd, Eddie Fisher, Richard Burton, John Warner and Larry Fortensky. She wed and divorced her Cleopatra and Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf? Co-star Richard Burton twice.
